Adam Wagner is Chairman of Waypoint Aero Holdings.  He is also the owner and manager of Neo Ventures, LLC, a private investment company.  In 2003, Neo founded and is still the controlling owner of PlaneSmart! Aviation, LLC, a Dallas-based aircraft management and aircraft ownership solutions company.

Prior to forming Neo Ventures, Mr. Wagner was employed by a private oil and gas company to manage its non-oil and gas investment activity. Before that, he was employed by Lehman Brothers in its corporate finance department based in New York City. While at Lehman Brothers, Mr. Wagner developed expertise in structuring corporate debt and equity financings as well as advising clients on M&A and other corporate advisory services.


Thomas W. Montgomery is President and CEO of Waypoint Aero Holdings. He also owns and is President of TexMont Investment and Holdings, LLC. Mr. Montgomery brings over thirty years of business experience in aviation, transportation, communications, product development and financial services. Mr. Montgomery has held Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and various V.P. level positions in a variety of public and private firms. Mr. Montgomery has managed several thousand personnel located both in the United States and abroad.

In the aviation industry, Mr. Montgomery has managed fixed base operations, Part 135 and 121 air carrier operations, Part 145 MRO operations for general aviation, business aviation, commercial and regional transport category aircraft, aircraft sales and management, aeronautical design and manufacturing. He has held management and/or ownership positions at several firms including Finalaco Group, Able Telecom, The TRG Group, The Charter Group of Companies, Air Quest International, Coast Aviation and The Stolmont Companies, including Stoliar International.


Doug Shaw is COO of Waypoint Aero Holdings and its operations. He previously served Waypoint Aero Holdings as advisor.

Prior to Waypoint, Mr. Shaw founded Business Innovations Group in 1993 with a goal of being a source for solutions in the areas of executive search, executive and management development, business acquisitions and integration, and business divestitures. As founder and president, Mr. Shaw was a valued resource for various clients including subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies, privately held and family owned businesses, and start-up ventures in a variety of different industries.

He was Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary for Atlantic Aviation Corporation, a recognized industry leader in providing a variety of aviation services including Fixed Base Operations (FBO), Aircraft Charter and Aircraft Management. He also served as President of Atlantic Aviation Flight Services Division.

Other business experience includes executive positions with Signature Flight Support, operator of the largest FBO network in the US; Simuflite Training International, a leader in aircraft pilot and systems training; Fairchild Aircraft Corporation, manufacturer of regional airline and business turboprop aircraft; and Gulfstream Aerospace, manufacturer of medium and heavy business-class jet aircraft.
